Phone registration is accepted when using Visa or Master Card. (330-491-3860 ).
Course fee must be paid at time of registration. After registering, you may assume
you are in the class unless you are notified otherwise.
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE MAILED. Register
early! If you wait, the class may be canceled or full!
Unless otherwise noted in description, classes meet at GlenOak High School.
BOOKS/MATERIALS FEE: Most course fees include books and/or materials. Additional
fee for books, materials or supplies are noted in course descriptions.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS - REFUND POLICY: The Community Education Department reserves the
right to cancel any class. If a class is canceled, a full refund will be made by check from the Treasurer's
Office - please allow four to six weeks. If it is necessary that you drop a course, please notify our
office (330-491-3860) at least two days prior to the first class meeting. All but a $5 processing fee
per class is refundable up to that time. There are no refunds for "No Shows." Tuition and/or
lab fees will NOT be refunded after the first class session.
UNSCHEDULED SCHOOL CLOSINGS (WEATHER): "Snow Days"
or other unscheduled closings will be announced on WHBC AM-1480 or FM-94.1. When
Plain Local Schools are not in session Community Education classes do not meet.
This policy does not apply to "off site classes".
