New Beginner Yoga
January 28 – March 3 Mondays 7:15 - 8:30 6 classes $50

Yoga is a safe and practical way to energize as well as relax you. This gentle-introductory class is designed to teach simple postures that will develop more awareness, strength and flexibility in the whole body. You will make progress towards better concentration, breathing, improved circulation and stress reduction. The instructor, Cynthia Yeagley, has four certifications
to teach yoga. Knowing the shape of the posture is not enough--you also need to know the internal actions that support the posture.

Morning Basic Yoga
Jan. 23 – March 12 Wednesdays 9:00-10:15 am 8 classes $50
Get your yoga going in the morning. A joyous class that includes yoga philosophy, too. Mindfulness is emphasized. In yoga we move in a way that reassures the body, not in a way that aggravates the body and makes it stiffen. As you work with your breath, develop good body mechanics and learn support and alignment skills you will find the mind and body working together as never before.

This therapeutic class will be rewarding in all the ways a regular class is, but we won’t be getting up and down off the floor or sitting on the floor.
