Belly dance, a formally ritual and secret dance, was created by women for women’s
physical health and spiritual well being. It is a lifetime dance for women of
all ages, sizes, shapes and dance experience. It is a woman’s prayer in
motion. Belly dance focuses on the feminine spirit and empowers women physically,
emotionally and spiritually, while opening the woman’s heart to the beauty
and strength hidden within, which manifests itself in the form of confidence and
grace.

Get up and dance your way to a healthier YOU! Popular Line Dance instructor
Frank Trace has expanded his class to include both new “beginner”
dancers as well as the more experienced dancer. The first hour will be geared
to the beginner student with “starter” dances taught slowly, with
plenty of review. The second hour will be geared to the more experienced line
dancer. In this segment, “beginner dancers” will go to the next level
of “Easy Intermediate” line dances. Students may stay for all or any
part of the class in which they feel the most comfortable. This is a fun, energetic
class for men and women of all ages and a great way to make new friends, stay
fit, and have fun!
