| Diana’s Delectables I: “Chocolate:
Theobrama (Food of the Gods)” |
|  This
is the perfect class for the die-hard chocoholic or anyone who would like to learn
more about chocolate. In this combination discussion and handson class you will
learn the history of chocolate, the different types of chocolate, dipping and
molding and much more. Students will participate in making suckers, dipping and
painting molds. All students will take home chocolates. There is a small materials
fee payable to the instructor. Instructor: Kindher.

this hands-on class students will make one- and two-part molds, the “perfect”
gift basket, and much more. You’ll also learn about popping molds, trimming
chocolates, and wrapping. There will be a
question and answer period as well. All students will take home chocolates. Candy
kits (with molds) will be available for purchase from the instructor for $8. Instructor:
